A Ball Valve is a flow control device which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball to control liquid flowing through it. It is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow inlet and closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle, blocking the flow.

OUR WORKING PRINCIPLE

A Ball Valve is a shut off valve that controls the flow of a liquid or gas by means of a rotary ball having a bore. By rotating the ball a quarter turn (90 degrees) around its axis, the medium can flow through or is blocked. They are characterized by a long service life and provide a reliable sealing over the life span, even when the valve is not in use for a long time. WCB 3PC Ball Valve

These valves are heavy duty normally called 800# and 600# Rating. We are using the Internals trims of valves Stainless Steel –304 & 316 Grades as per the applications of valves. Our valves used in the major industrial applications.

CI Ball Valve

The valve has a ball, two ports and the handle. The inlet and outlet are controlled by the bored ball inside the valve body. The 2 Way Stainless Steel Ball Valve is made up of different grades of stainless steels such as ferritic, austenitic, duplex and alloy steels along with ductile iron and carbon steel materials.

Mettle Valve offers two piece Design ball valve. The Blow-Out Proof Stem floating Ball Design precision engineered valves have machined solid stainless steel ball and hollow ball with relief hole in the stem slot prevents build-up of cavity pressure while the valve is in the open position.

2 Way Ball Valve

2 Way Ball Valve is one of the most commonly used valves in piping applications. The valve has a ball, two ports and the handle. The inlet and outlet are controlled by the bored ball inside the valve body.

3 Way Ball Valve

A three-way ball valve has three ports or openings that are connected to piping or tubing for gas or fluid flow (media) to pass through. These ports are usually described as one inlet and two outlet ports or one outlet and two inlet ports depending upon the flow direction through the valve.

1PC Ball Valve

Ball valves have end connections Flanged with body one piece design, these valves are more suitable for vacuums applications. We manufacture valves from genuine guaranteed raw material with material test certificate , hydraulic test certificates , Mill TC 3.1.b available with all supply.
